NXT Gen Cup confirms all-star line-up for Swedish Junior Championship

What a championship showdown it is shaping up to be. With the starting list for NXT Gen Cup’s Swedish Junior Championship now confirmed, Mantorp Park’s Grand Finale on 18–20 September will feature one of the strongest junior racing line-ups in recent years.

The three-race weekend will feature a grid combining Swedish national team drivers, established NXT Gen Cup stars, and championship-winning talents making their debut in the all-electric NXT Gen Cup car.

Drivers aged 14 to 25 from across Europe are eligible to compete for the official 2025 Swedish Junior Championship title, with the support of the Swedish Automobile Sports Federation.

Among the entries are proven NXT Gen Cup frontrunners such as Enzo Hallman, Victor Nielsen, and Linus Granfors – all former title contenders – as well as 2025 championship bronze medalist Alex Gustafsson.

Returning too is Siri Hökfelt, who has contested every race weekend since the inaugural season in 2023 and made history at Sachsenring earlier this season by becoming the first female race winner in NXT Gen Cup history.

Adding to the diversity are competitors from karting, Legends Cup, GT4, Formula Nordic, TCR, eSports, and international single-seaters – highlighting the wide range of pathways converging in the championship.

Two of the most high-profile newcomers are Brink Motorsport drivers Viktor Andersson, son of STCC legend Mattias Andersson, and Hannes Morin. Andersson has raced across the globe in Formula cars and touring cars, and is currently competing in the TCR World Tour. Morin is an STCC race winner with multiple Carrera Cup Sweden appearances and Rotax Max titles.

The starting grid will feature 18 drivers, with one seat still to be announced (TBA).
