NXT Gen Cup enters new partnership with MEYLE AG for 2025

NXT Gen Cup and MEYLE AG have announced a new partnership for the 2025 season, uniting two leaders in electric racing and automotive parts.

The Hamburg-based company’s products – available in over 120 countries – are known for being top-quality spare parts designed to meet the demands of the independent aftermarket. Around 20 MEYLE components are already integrated into the fully electric LRT NXT1 race car, based on the MINI Cooper SE road car. This technical foundation demonstrates how MEYLE’s parts live up to the rigorous standards of a racing environment.

The brand’s presence in the paddock is not entirely new. MEYLE was previously involved in NXT Gen Cup through its support of Latvian driver Patricija Stalidzane, who emerged as a frontrunner during the 2024 season. This year, alongside continued support of Stalidzane, the relationship evolves into a full-season partnership with NXT Gen Cup, which also includes a dedicated MEYLE-branded race car.

We are delighted to partner with MEYLE AG for the 2025 season,” said Fredrik Lestrup, founder and Series Manager of NXT Gen Cup. “Their reputation for high-quality automotive components and aftermarket expertise brings tremendous value to the championship. We share core values – like promoting young talent, innovation, and a more sustainable approach to motorsport – which makes this a natural fit.”

MEYLE will also be visible at race weekends throughout the season, with on-site branding and guest experiences as part of NXT Gen Cup’s event programme.

“When Patricija Stalidzane approached me last year about sponsoring her in NXT Gen Cup, I was immediately enthusiastic.” said Isabel Boscaro, Global Sponsorship Manager at MEYLE AG. “The concept of young talent competing in electric vehicles on professional circuits aligned perfectly with our sponsorship values. This year, we’re proud to take the next step by becoming an official series partner of NXT Gen Cup—supporting Patricija as a driver and the series as a whole. At MEYLE, we are always looking for forward-thinking initiatives that reflect innovation and progress, and we see great potential in this new generation of more sustainable motorsport.”

Next up on the 2025 NXT Gen Cup calendar is the iconic Norisring street circuit, where the series will race alongside DTM from 4–6 July. This year’s championship features four race weekends between April and August.
